職責
- Prepare, implement and update the Environmental Management Plan
- Advise on measures to be taken in the interest of environmental protection, and implement such measures
- Liaise on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing
- Carry out inspections of the Site for identifying potential hazards to the environment, and to report findings with recommendations for corrective actions
- Participate in the weekly environmental walks, and to supervise and monitor the environmental performance on the site
- Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified
- Attend Site Safety Management Committee (SSMC) meetings and Site Safety Committee (SSC) meetings
要求
- Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- BEAM Affliate, BEAM Pro, LEED AP (BD+C) and WELL AP preferable.
- Good knowledge in BEAM Plus schemes.
- Well-versed in local environmental regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
