Derek So joined Vibro (H.K.) Limited in 2016 as a Director. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1986 with an Associateship in Civil and Structural Engineering and qualified as a Chartered Structural Engineer in 1990. Mr So has over 34 years of experience in civil engineering and building construction in Hong Kong, India and the Middle East. Prior to joining Vibro, he worked at Gammon Construction and Ove Arup & Partners.
Wallace Yeung joined Vibro as Project Manager in 2003 and has been the Director & General Manager since 2021. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1987 with degree in Civil Engineering and also obtained a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of New South Wales in 1996. He became a Charted Civil Engineer in 1993 and has more than 31 years of experience in civil engineering and foundation works in Hong Kong.

Annie Ho joined Vibro as Head of Business Development in 2021, and was appointed Director (Business Development) in 2022. She graduated from the Northeastern University of Boston in 1993 with a degree in Civil Engineering, and thereafter obtained a Master's Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2010. Ms Ho qualified as a Charted Civil Engineer in 2004, and has more than 29 years of experience in civil engineering and foundation works in Hong Kong.
Steve Lam joined Vibro as Assistant Commercial Manager in 2020 and was promoted to General Manager (Commercial) in July 2025. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996 with a degree in Building Technology & Management. He has over 29 years of project experience in the construction industry gained from consultant and contracting organizations in Hong Kong, and has been involved in a wide range of projects, including foundation, civil and building works. Mr. Lam is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors.
Clive Chan joined Vibro in 2004 as a Sub-agent and has been a Contracts Manager since July 2024. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1996 with a Degree in Civil Engineering. Mr Chan has more than 26 years of experience in landslip preventive measures, civil engineering and foundation works in Hong Kong.

Wing Lam joined Vibro in 2002 as an Engineer and has been the Contracts Manager since 2022. He received his Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering (Geotechnology) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1992 and was awarded a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2002. Mr Lam has over 28 years of experience in foundation construction in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Vibro, he had worked for Franki Contractor Limited and Kin Wing Foundation Limited.

Simon Leung joined Vibro in 2001 and has been a Contracts Manager since 2008. He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK and holds a Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Computing Science. He is a Member of CABE(UK) and a Member of HKICM and is a Chartered Building Engineer and a Registered Construction Manager. He has more than 39 years of experience in civil engineering and foundation construction in HK and UK.

Leung Leong Sun joined Vibro in 1989 and has been a Contracts Manager since 2009. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1983 with a Degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Leung has over 32 years of experience in the construction industry in Hong Kong. He has been a Member of the HKICM since 2011.
Terence Ng joined Vibro in 2003 as a senior engineer and has been an Assistant Contractors Manager since 2024. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1994 with a bachelor degree in civil and structural engineering. He obtained his master degree in project management from the University of South Australia in 2004. Mr. Ng has more than 30 years of experience in geotechincal, site formation and foundation works in Hong Kong.
Abe Cheung joined Vibro in 2023 as Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Assistant Contracts Manager in 2025. He graduated from the University of Toronto in 1999 with a degree in Applied Science and Engineering (Civil) and got his MBA from the University of Leicester, UK in 2004. Mr. Cheung has been a chartered engineer with HKIE since 2004. He has over 26 years of engineering experience covering feasibility studies, detailed design and project management for variety of civil, marine and foundation engineering, A&A works and architectural building structure projects. Before joining Vibro, he worked on a number of landmark infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Australia. He also possess extensive site experience, combining a down-to-earth construction management style with in-depth technical involvement alongside architects and design consultants through work with several well-known international and local main contractors.

Chan Ho Man joined Vibro in 1995 and is now the Senior Manager of the Site Investigation Department. He graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 1995 with a Higher Diploma in Building Studies and also obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science (Hons) in Construction Management from the Coventry University in 2013. Mr Chan has over 27 years of experience in site investigation in Hong Kong and he is also the present Vice-Chairman of the Site Investigation Contractors Committee of The Hong Kong Construction Association.
Lam Man Lung first joined Vibro in 1986 and has been Works Manager since 2007, overseeing site operations and resources allocation for foundation projects. He has been promoted as Senior Works Manager in 2025. He has over 31 years of experience in civil engineering and foundation construction, especially bored piling construction, in Hong Kong and Macau. Mr Lam was a winner of the NWS Outstanding Employee Grand Award 2013 (Managerial Staff Category).
Michael Wong joined Vibro in 2001 as General Foreman and was promoted to Works Manager in July 2025. He is responsible for overseeing foundation engineering operations and resource allocation. He has also participated in a wide range of projects in Macau. He is skilled in interpersonal communication and received the 2016 Hip Hing/ Vibro/ Quon Hing Spirit Annual Recognition Award Silver Award, recognizing his positive work attitude demonstrated through responsibility, dedication, integrity, and proactiveness.
Vick Yeung joined Vibro as Site Administrator in 1988 and was promoted to Assistant Works Manager in July 2025. He has over 37 years of experience in civil and foundation engineering works. His experience also includes several government building projects, including Caritas Medical Centre, Kwong Wah Hospital, Kai Tak Hospital and District Court.
