Job Duties

• Lead R&D projects from start to finish and coordinate with stakeholders
• Develop software/robotics solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Provide technical support and maintain project documentation
• Analyze data from experiments and field tests to optimize designs and workflows
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, robotics, and construction technology to ensure innovative solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Robotics / Computer) or a related field
• 5-10 years in R&D/software/robotics
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
• Additional qualifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are highly desirable
• Robotics, electronics and software development experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience
• Ability to work independently and as a team, be able to work and adapt in fast-changing environment

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer (R&D).
