Project Manager

Job Duties

  • Define quality objectives of the project and initiate project planning.
  • Manage the project operations according to the Project Quality Plan and Project Environmental Management System Plan in order to meet contract, statutory and company requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with appropriate departments of the Company and Hip Hing Group of Companies to attain an efficient allocation of material, plant, equipment and human resources.
  • Supervise the Project Team and subcontractors to perform site activities according to contract and statutory requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Co-ordinate with client or client's representative on any instructions or changes to scope of work and reports the project progress.
  • Monitor performance of suppliers and subcontractors and feedback to Procurement and Commercial Departments for assessment purposes.
  • Ensure VIBRO IMS Management System are implemented at site in accordance with the company policies.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned and directed by the Company.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years relevant experience
  • Over 3 year HKHA project experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Microsoft Projects
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
