Vibro’s comprehensive on-the-job training enabled me to get my recognised engineering qualification within the shortest time possible. Apart from job-related training courses, my supervisors also continuously provided positive input to my career development plan and offered me opportunities to participate in various projects. These experiences definitely expanded my horizons, enhanced my skill set and technical knowledge. With this support and guidance, I was well prepared for HKIE’s professional qualification assessment and my future career.

During the HKIE Civil Engineer Scheme A training, Vibro provided highly experienced supervisors and tutors to guide, advise and help me gain my engineering qualification step by step. I am now a chartered engineer. Through job rotation, I gained experience in Vibro’s various project teams, its design team, Tender Department and also with a design consultant by way of a secondment. I was exposed to all stages of the project lifecycle, hence developed a solid technical background, supported by hands-on experience. Vibro also offered a wide range of internal training and subsidies for external CPD courses to broaden my horizons.
